Home extension carried out under the home owners 'permitted development rights'.  An application for a 'Lawful Development Certificate' was submitted to Derby City Council for the extension to this modern house in Chellaston, Derby; the design brief was to create a new Garden Room Home Extension off the existing Kitchen to provide for a Breakfast Kitchen facility
