Design Brief
 

Nestled within the conservation area of Thrussington, Leicestershire, the small internal spaces were opened up into a new modest extension to give a more modern open plan living arrangement.  Sensitively detailed, the external elevations where carefully blended into the character cottage. Planning permission for the works were sought from Charnwood Borough Council once the plans had been developed and agreed with the homeowner.
