Our working drawing package and building plans are specifically tailored to suit each individual development.  As such the building regulation application and approval process may take many forms.  Traditionally the local authority building control department were the main point of contact for most building regulation applications alongside other  recognisable names such as the NHBC.  In recent years a whole new range of private regulatory bodies also offer the same services, and are often much more competitive or efficiently geared to suit the speed of private sector development.

We typically have numerous projects, from New Build Homes, to Home Extensions and Commercial Projects being constructed at one time on site.  For building regulation and/or warranty purposes we typically use one of the following;

• Local Authority Building Control

• LABC Home Warranty

• The NHBC

• Turton Building Control
