NEW HOUSE TYPE RANGE

An initial visualisation on one of our new house types for a proposed retirement village that’s on our ‘drawing board’, utilising a mock Tudor facade with herringbone brickwork detailing. The range, originally planned for 29 single storey properties on a site in Lincolnshire, looks to have hit issues with the feasibility stage on this site…but we are hoping the new range of dwellings can be used by the developer on future sites in due course.

Architectural Design:

The house types for this development were really exciting, and certainly not just your usual developer specification.
