Architectural Design Brief:
On a brownfield site, within the greenbelt, the architectural design brief was to create a contemporary modern dwelling to provide a Mediterranean (holiday) feel to a tight budget.  Being in the green belt it was essential the property was a single storey to help maintain the openness of the countryside.
