Planning Submission for a fantastic Home Extension in Newtown Linford, Leicester.

Two storey front and side extensions have been sympathetically designed to suit the sites conservation area setting.  The proposed two storey extension will create a new feature entrance, garage and two new bedrooms over.  Whilst a single storey, timber clad, rear extension will house a new Utility and Family Kitchen Area. Meanwhile, further alteration works will provide for a Home Gymnasium, TV Room with separate Living and Dining Areas.

We look forward to working further with the homeowner and with the planning office on this project.
