Dormer Bungalow Plans – Nottingham

Having originally secured the grant of planning approval from Bolsover District Council, we are delighted to see work has now been completed on site by Munkbridge Homes. The completion certificate from DBCP Building Control has been issued, the conveyance plans are all wrapped up and the sales are completed/going though.

Brought on board to produce the construction drawings, it was a pleasure to be part of the team to bring the project to life. The scheme comprised of 3No. new build dormer bungalows.  The plots were all designed to be highly energy efficient. Each unit was designed to include Air Source Heat Pumps, underfloor heating, Waste Water Heat Recovery and oodles of insulation to keep the eventual home owners toasty warm all year round.
