3 New Build Dormer Bungalows in Nottingham soon to be on site!

We have secured planning permission for some small non-material amendments; the building regulation application has been submitted and the Energy Assessor is working on the SAP calculations. There will likely be a few tweaks to ensure compliance with the new (2022) Part L regulations – to match the (SAP) ‘notional dwelling’ but then we are good to go.  We are now looking forward to seeing the development progress on site.
