Architectural Visualisation: Proposed New Co-Op in Woodthorpe, Nottingham

Following the grant of planning approval on the 27th February 2023 for the Co-Op on Arno Vale Road, Woodthorpe, Nottingham we don’t have any news on the construction phase as yet, but we do have a new architectural visualisation showing an image of how the proposed Co-Op will look.

The proposals include for:
– 13 car parking spaces (including 2 Disabled Spaces and 1 Mother and Child Space).
– A well screened ‘Plant Area’ with Sound Attenuation, i.e. Acoustic Boxes and ‘Low Noise’ plant items
– A new site access coupled with a new right turn lane into the the site for additional highway safety
– Further highway safety proposals include the new pedestrian guarding at stores main pedestrian ingress and egress points
